Campaigns (and their ads) can be promoted either automatically or manually.
• If your setup allows automatic promotion, you can sit back and relax —your campaign will go live the following workday, unless you decide to promote it right away.
• If you need to promote a campaign manually, or you're eager to get it live, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Campaigns tab in the left-hand menu and select the campaign you want to promote.
2. Review the ads' creatives. Click “Update ads” if you need to make changes.
3. Verify the target location. If you need to adjust it or add more locations, use the search function or drop a pin on the map.
4. Review your AI generated Scorecard. Let the AI suggest a new batch of questions, or add/remove questions yourself.
NB! This step will only be shown to users with access to Social Apply.
5. Review the Boost packages and select the one suitable for your needs. In this view you can save the campaign as "Pending", schedule the start date, or simply go ahead and promote the campaign. If you feel ready, click on “Promote now!” to go live.
Cancel campaigns
If your campaign's status is set to "Scheduled" it will soon go live during the next working day. If you want to, it is possible to cancel the campaign before it goes live.
This is how you do it:
1. Navigate to the tab "Campaigns" and select your campaign.
2. Click on the icon with four dots in the top-right corner.
4. Select "Cancel" and then confirm it.
NB! Scheduled campaigns that are cancelled before going live will give you a full refund. Campaigns that have gone live can be cancelled, but are not eligible for a refund as the budget has already been allocated to the social media platform(s).
