How to edit ads
1. Navigate to the tab called "Campaigns".
2. Select your campaign and click on "Update Ads".
β3. Edit the text and visuals as you see fit. On the right-hand side of the interface you're able to see a preview for every relevant ad placement.
NB! Make sure to do all of your edits before you hit save. Otherwise you risk overwriting your own edits.
You can edit the ad title, ad caption, background image, and certain elements on the image - such as the vacancy title, logo, or location. This feature allows you to update the ads in a specific campaign. If you want to do updates that will apply to all of your ads, you need to update your Text or Image Templates.
If you are not able to update a certain element in your ad it is because it has been locked down by your organisation. If that's the case you need to reach out to your organisation's system owner for Adway and request a change in your templates.
We recommend that you do all edits before the ad goes live. It might otherwise have a negative impact on the performance of your ads. Every time the ad is live and it's edited, its Learning Phase is reset, resulting in a longer time-period for the target audience to be optimised. However, edits within the first 24 hours of the ad going live are OK.
