Before you start: check your Page access
You need full control of the Page, or task access that includes Content or Community activity, to delete comments.
Click Settings (the gear icon) at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Go to Accounts → Pages and select the Page.
Open the People tab, find your own name in the list, and check the access shown next to it — either Facebook access: Full control or Partial control, or which task access you've been given.
If you don't have the access you need, ask someone with full control of the Page to add you.
Finding and deleting a comment
Log in to Meta Business Suite at business.facebook.com and make sure the correct business and Page are selected in the account switcher in the top-left corner.
Click Inbox in the left-hand menu, open the Comments tab, and filter by Facebook or Instagram.
Find the post in the middle column. Each row shows the post text plus a preview of the latest comment and the commenter's name, so you can usually spot it from the list. Use the search field or the filters (Unread, Ad replies, Follow up) to narrow down the results.
Click the post to open its comment thread in the right-hand panel, then locate the comment. If the thread is long, use the sort dropdown above the comments (set to Newest by default) to re-sort.
Hover over the comment and click the three-dot menu (…).
Select Delete comment and confirm.
