Job application created
When a new job application is created for a candidate, the candidate receives an email notification which confirms that the application was successful. The email contains a magic link (JWT-based) which can redirect the candidate to the job application in Convert. This allows candidates to complete any unfinished nurturing steps later on even if they have closed the job application window.

Reminders
When required, reminders can be configured for the job requisitions. Reminders are sent when a candidate hasn't completed all the nurturing steps of a job application.
The configuration for the number of days of delay before a candidate receives a reminder notification should be set in Connect.
Reminder notifications can be sent by SMS and email and their content is customizable.
